Outline Correlations between structural & dynamic properties and functions of composite molecules including excited states of metal complexes and biological systems are studied by means of advanced EPR and Raman spectroscopy. The techniques such as pulsed high field EPR and two-dimensional (2D) EPR are now developed in our laboratory.
  1. Generation and analyses of properties and functions in the excited high spin states.
  2. orrelation of the structure and function in biological systems.
  3. Highly time resolved and high field EPR studies on electronic excited states.
  4. Development of advanced EPR (2D and high frequency) and Raman techniques.
